The Exercise Punch Card offers you the flexibility of participating in any of the punch card exercise classes offered during the session. Classes include aerobics, toning, stretching & relaxation. Participants can purchase a 16-class or 24-class punch card. Purchase the number of classes that best meet your fitness needs.


Punch cards are only valid for the session purchased. They may not be carried over into the following session. Yoga classes are not included in buy a punch.

Low Impact/Tone (Beg./Int.)
Various intensity levels, with no jumping, followed by muscle conditioning
using weights & body bars.

Cardio/Tone (Intermediate)

Two workouts in one. Half the class combines high/low aerobic
activity & the other half concentrates on muscle conditioning.

What happens in class, stays in class! Could be aerobics, salsa, core
or maybe hit the jackpot with pilates!

For students in need of a gentler class due to age, illness or injury.
Chairs & modifications will be used.

Step /Mixx (Intermediate)
Combine cardio training & muscular strength & endurance using a variety of
equipment, (step, dumbbells, tubing & exercise ball).

Core Conditioning (Intermediate)
Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body’s overall strength,
balance & coordination. Weights & resist a ball will be used.

Strength - Cardio - Stretch (Intermediate)
1/2 hour classes give you the flexiblity to take as many classes as you want.
Take 1, 2 or all 3 for 1 punch!

Fitness Pilates Utilize & strengthen your “powerhouse” deep abdominal muscles, obliques & lower back. Class combines the movements of pilates with traditional fitness. Resist a ball & weights will be used.

Hatha Yoga I Accommodates all fitness levels of experience & ability. Learn yoga postures & breathing exercises designed to increase the body’s strength, flexibility & overall health.

Hatha Yoga I & II For students ready to further their practice to the next level.

Pilates - Yoga Fusion
A method that integrates the core strengthening & alignment principles of Pilates with the practice of Hatha yoga breath work & essential poses.

Vinyasa Yoga A smooth flow of postures that blend together & incorporate the breathing to make a complete practice.


Guidelines for Punch Card Classes:

  • You must present your punch card for validation each time you attend class.
  • A punch card is valid only for the session you purchase it for.
  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  • Cards are non-transferable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a class with consistently low attendance.
  • There must be a minimum of 3 participants within 5 minutes of start time to hold a class.
  • RTPD reserves the right to remove any class from the schedule with consistently low attendance.
