October/November Fall Overweight Challenge. Members and non-members are welcome for this weight challenge based on % of weight lost from October 5/6 to November 19/20.
All you have to do is register by October 1, weigh in on October 5/6 and weigh out Nov 19/20. Prizes for the top female and top male of percent weight loss. Individuals participating in this challenge can purchase a seven week membership for $35. Look for flyers for more detailed information.
“Runnin with Rudolph" – College students get a 1 month membership for just $12 with a valid college ID.
The Exercise Punch Card offers you the flexibility of participating in any of the punch card exercise classes offered during the session. Classes include aerobics, toning, stretching & relaxation. Participants can purchase a 16-class or 24-class punch card. Purchase the number of classes that best meet your fitness needs.
Punch cards are only valid for the session purchased. They may not be carried over into the following session. Yoga classes are not included in buy a punch.
Guidelines for Punch Card Classes:
You must present your punch card for validation each time you attend class.
A punch card is valid only for the session you purchase it for.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Cards are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to cancel a class with consistently low attendance.
There must be a minimum of 3 participants within 5 minutes of start time to hold a class.
RTPD reserves the right to remove any class from the schedule with consistently low attendance.
