The Exercise Punch Card offers you the flexibility of participating in any of the punch card exercise classes offered during the session. Classes include aerobics, toning, stretching & relaxation. Participants can purchase a 16-class or 24-class punch card. Purchase the number of classes that best meet your fitness needs.
Punch cards are only valid for the session purchased. They may not be carried over into the following session. Yoga classes are not included in buy a punch.

Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

We reserve the right to cancel a class with consistently low attendance.
There must be a minimum of 3 participants within 5 minutes of start time to hold a class.
RTPD reserves the right to remove any class from the schedule with consistently low attendance.

Exercise Punch Card Class Descriptions
Low Impact/Tone
A variety of intensity levels, though no jumping is involved. Followed by muscle conditioning using weights & body bars.
Pilates
A core strengthening & toning class based on Joseph Pilates
program of the 1940’s. Mat-based pilates classes are designed to offer a series of exercises that improve posture, coordination & flexibility. This is believed to create long, slender limbs, tight abs & glutes. The pilates ring will be used. Bring a towel & mat.
Cardio/Tone
Two workouts in one. Half the class combines high/low aerobic activity & the other half concentrates on muscle conditioning.
The Mixx
This efficient & balanced class provides both your cardiovascular & strength training in one. Variety & creativity make this class challenging & fun. Class will utilize steps, hand weights & resit a balls.
Step/Tone
Class will combine a cardiovascular segment using the step improving your strength & flexibility.
Step Circuit
Moderate to high intensity step workout alternating step & muscle
conditioning. Weights & tubes will be used.
Core Conditioning
This class will target 3 areas: upper body, lower body and abs. It blends standing, seated and floor work using weights, bands and the resist a ball.
Silver Foxes
Join this spunky group of adults for a great workout. Start slow then progress to a mild form of aerobics followed by tone & stretch.
