Season Pool Passes 2012

“Family” applies to members of the immediate family, (father, mother, dependent children), who permanently reside at the listed address. Persons listed must be claimed as dependents with the IRS. Applicants may be required to provide proof of age, residency, marital status or dependency.

Passes may only be used by the person they were issued to. Loaning passes is prohibited. Any pass found being loaned will be taken out of use and a fee will be charged to reclaim it. You must scan your pool pass each time you visit the pool.

No charge for up to & including 4 year olds
Up to & including 4 year olds must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older
5-9 years olds must be accompanied by someone 15 years or older
Age determined by June 1 of current pool season

HOLD ONTO YOUR POOL PASS EVEN
AFTER THE POOL SEASON ENDS!
Your photo pool passes will be able to be used for other programs and re-used for several pool seasons. We will validate your pass each year when you renew your season pass.

Remember...Children who are not toilet trained must wear plastic pants over their diapers or ‘swim diapers.’

Guest Passes
Treat your visiting guests to a great time at the Woodland Trails Pool! A punch card valid for 5 entries to the pool may be purchased at the Weiss Community Center or from the pool cashier for only $25. Once purchased, the card is presented to the cashier who will punch the card for each visit.
