How do I do it?

Fill out the form below, FILLING IN ALL THE INFORMATION.
Mail-in, drop-off or fax-in the form to the Weiss Community Center office.
We’ll send you a letter or e-mail containing your “family pin #” & “personal barcode #’s”.

Each time you wish to register by online and/or touch-tone phone, you will need:

The “personal barcode #” of the person you wish to register into a program
Your “family pin #
The program code # listed in the program brochure.
A valid credit card. (Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card)
Once you click or call the phone registration #,
(847) 788-0734 you will be guided by step by step instructions.

Important !!
1st Priority Registration will be granted to River Trails Residents, durning resident only registration period.
2nd Priority Registration will be granted to non-residents and partner residents.

Refunds
Please notify the Weiss Center office BEFORE the start of a program if you need a refund. If the park district must cancel a program, a full refund will be made with in 2-4 weeks.
