Meet your Commissioners The Board of Commissioners invite you to learn more about your park district by attending its Board meetings at 7 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of each month. The River Trails Park & Recreation Foundation’s role is to secure and provide financial resources for recreational programs, parks and facilities that enhance the quality of life and promote a healthy well-being for residents of the River Trails Park District.

The park district does not carry medical accident insurance for injuries sustained in its programs, grounds or facilities. The cost would make fees prohibitive.
