Free with Instructor Kathy O’Malley. Peace Yoga is a way to re-center yourself, by connecting with your own sense of inner peace. Yoga will be your guide, reminding you that both physical and emotional peace start from within each individual, and then gain collectively through family, friends and community, ultimately spreading worldwide. Peace yoga will be a day to celebrate our common belief that peace is born in our hearts and spirits.
Come join us for an enthusiastic morning of all-levels yoga blended with a soothing guided mediation to bind us as a whole. Please bring your own yoga mat.
