Employee of the Season

Full time staff nominates seasonal and part-time staff that goes above and beyond their job duties. Administrative staff then votes on who should be chosen as the Employee of the Season. The employee is recognized by the Park Board of Commissioners and receives $50 along with a plaque placed at the Weiss Community Center.

Chad Berardi
RTPD has been fortunate to have Chad teaching our rock stars for 14 years. He loves teaching and helping participants improve with every lesson. His patience and enthusiasm for playing guitar are evident during the weekly lessons he teaches. Chad has entertained our Senior Friendship Club during the holidays with some classic oldies and a few popular hits. His range spans decades of all kinds of music. Chad has been playing in a band for 25 years. We’re proud to have Chad with us and continue sharing his love for music with our community.
