Yoga Wine Event
Yoga with live music featuring Tom Herbst. Tom will be serenading us with his violin, mandolin and guitar as we enjoy a guided yoga experience at Rob Roy Golf Course. Science has shown that yoga, music and human connection can shift our physiology in powerful ways that restore harmony, reduce stress, boost endorphins and facilitate healing. It’s practically magic. All you have to do is show up. Wine tasting and light sacks will be served as well. Bring your friends and yoga mat and let’s have some fun. Cheers & Namaste.

Biggest Loser Contest
The River Trails Park District and We Fit U will be hosting another biggest loser contest. The winner of the contest will receive a prize. Participants will weigh in on Sept 9 at 7:00pm at the Zone in the glass room. Staff will record your weight, measurements and body fat. You will receive exercise tips and weekly coaching with Ken every Monday evening during the contest. Final weigh in October 21 at the Zone. For more information contact Ken at 773-775-2865.

Group Personal Training by WE FIT U
This program is for the person looking for the individualized attention of a personal trainer for a much lower cost. Your We Fit U personal trainer will start with your consultation to decide what your personal needs and goals are. You will get a custom routine performed with the supervision and adaptations need to help you be successful. Included is a dietary analysis and custom meal plan. What are you waiting for? Get off the couch and start feeling like a better you! Note- after 3 weeks, classes with low attendance may be cancelled.
Ages: 16yrs and up.
Group Personal Training offers:
• Custom workout – your pace, your ability level, you WILL be able to do this.
• Camaraderie – Enjoy the support of your co-athletes and coach to motivate you.
• Nutritional Guidance – Get a dietary analysis, custom meal plan and the
accountability to stay with it.
