Sculpt your midsection, improve your body’s strength, balance & coordination. Weights & resist a ball will be used.
Cardio plus core and muscular conditioning using a variety of equipment such as weights, tubing and exercise balls.
A non-cardio class to strengthen muscles & joints. Back to basic exercises are performed sitting & standing. Proper form & body alignment emphasized. Tailored to your physical ability.

Want a challenge? Every day is different. We use a variety of weights, kettle bells, body bars, tubes & ball as well as step & hi-lo aerobics including jump rope. Do a few “jacks” or keep it low. Challenge yourself with an 18 lb. or 9 lb. body bar. Jump rope or walk…it’s up to you. However, the instructor will urge you to work harder.

This quite, therapeutic exercise loosens and strengthens the body offering greater freedom and range of motion while improving balance, coordination, breathing, circulation and posture.
A fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from dance, pilates and yoga. This class will tone, define and chisel he whole body. Booty Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
A challenging class that works all major muscles with a variety of cardio strength training and core exercises. This class will utilize different formats each week. Including step, drums, weights, kettle bells, resistance ball and other equipment may be used depending on the instruction.

Aqua Class Descriptions
Designed to meet the special needs of those with arthritis & other limitations. Instructor certified through the Arthritis Foundation. Use water resistance to burn fat & tone body.
Combines cardiovascular & muscular conditioning in the water.
A cardio & strength training workout in the diving well – reduces pressure on joints & bones & improves core strength. Flotation devices will be used. Participants can always use the shallow end of the pool.
