WE FIT U Group Training
We Fit U is unlike any other fitness class because it is much more than a class! It is a lifestyle coaching team!
Each workout of our class is custom–tailored to each participant.
Workouts consist of:
- 50% functional exercise training using our exclusive superset circuit system.
- 20% core, arm and ab conditioning.
- 30% relaxation mindfulness and stretching
We do not seek perfection; our goal is to empower you to reach your ambitions.
