Players receive a solid foundation of fundamental skills through fun and active drills, building up to team play. This class is for the volleyball beginner looking to understand the game and learn new skills. Knee Pads are recommended.

Futsal Skills Clinic
Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced small-sided soccer game that is played across the world. This clinic provides soccer players access to the amazing game of Futsal to improve their core abilities, foot control, and passing awareness. Players will learn skills essential to advancement on the soccer field while playing on a smaller Futsal surface. Training is focused first n developing foot skills and understanding the key aspects of Futsal, then second on scrimmaging and implementing the core techniques into each individual’s skill set and game strategy.

NEW- Girls Flag Football Clinics
This clinic will include instruction on all major football skills: throwing, passing, catching, defense, and game knowledge. Players will receive a solid foundation of these fundamental skills through fun and active drills, building up to formal plays and scrimmages. This class is for flag football players looking to improve their skills, learn game knowledge, and get ready for the high school season. Mouthguard is required.
